What insurance do you accept?

We are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Care Network, and Priority Health. Fill out our new client form and we will verify your benefits before your first appointment — no insurance homework required on your end.

How do I get started?

Fill out our new client form online. When you do you will have the option to choose a time with a therapist directly or simply submit the form and we will reach out within one business day to match you, verify your insurance, and get your first appointment on the calendar. Either way we handle the details.

What if my therapist is not the right fit?

Tell us. Finding the right fit is part of our job. The therapeutic relationship matters more than almost anything else — if something feels off after one session or after several, we will help you find someone who clicks. Within IPG or outside of it.

Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy?

No. Many of our clients come in without a formal diagnosis — they just know something is not working. A diagnosis can be useful but it is never a requirement. What matters is what you are experiencing, not what it is officially called.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a $100 fee — this is not covered by insurance. Life happens. Reach out as early as you can and we will always do our best to work with you.

Do you prescribe medication?

We do not — we are a therapy practice. If medication is worth exploring we will coordinate with trusted psychiatry partners and help guide you through that process so nothing falls through the cracks.
